SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

This SMS Consent & Messaging Terms document ("SMS Terms") describes how TradelineAI LLC ("TradelineAI," "we," "us") uses text messaging through its AI receptionist Services. By providing your mobile phone number to TradelineAI — through our website at tradelineai.site, a demo request form, a verbal confirmation on a recorded call with our AI, or otherwise — you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

TradelineAI sends SMS messages on behalf of itself and its business customers (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies) to communicate with leads and existing customers. Typical messages include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
• Service follow-ups and quote/estimate links
• Lead-capture confirmations after a missed call
• Account, billing, demo, and support notifications from TradelineAI
• Occasional informational or promotional updates (only if you opted in to marketing)

2. Consent / Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS messages from TradelineAI when you (a) submit your mobile number through a form on tradelineai.site, (b) verbally confirm your number during a call with our AI receptionist, (c) text a TradelineAI keyword or number, or (d) otherwise affirmatively opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the business serving you (e.g., appointment activity, lead status). You may receive recurring messages.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. TradelineAI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors and service providers (such as our SMS aggregator and telecom carriers) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messaging Services and is excluded from third-party sharing for marketing.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and located in the United States to participate.

10. Changes

We may modify or terminate the messaging program at any time, with or without notice. Updates to these SMS Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
